Innovative Business Products & Services, LLC (IBPS) was certified as a Women’s and Minority Business Enterprise by EMSDC on September 24, 2015. IBPS offers diversity, inclusion and sensitivity services to corporations and organizations throughout the United States. Training services are offered in all areas of diversity with special focus given to women’s equity issues and minority equity issues.

IBPS also offers a new tax savings Wellness program that offers substantial cost savings to employers while providing for retirement insurance and cash benefits to its employees. The program leads to less cost to the employer, better health of the employees, improved productivity of employees, all with no change in the take home pay of the employee.

IBPS also offers medical supplies and devices to the health care industry.

Harvey Smith, Sr. was recently appointed to serve a 3 year term as a board member of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania.

The injury created serious problem for Harvey as he tried to live a normal life even though the accident stunted his growth and created learning disabilities for him.
