Innovative Business Products & Services, LLC (IBPS) was certified as a Women’s and Minority Business Enterprise by EMSDC on September 24, 2015. IBPS offers diversity, inclusion and sensitivity services to corporations and organizations throughout the United States. Training services are offered in all areas of diversity with special focus given to women’s equity issues and minority equity issues.

IBPS also offers a new tax savings Wellness program that offers substantial cost savings to employers while providing for retirement insurance and cash benefits to its employees. The program leads to less cost to the employer, better health of the employees, improved productivity of employees, all with no change in the take home pay of the employee.

IBPS also offers medical supplies and devices to the health care industry.

Why? Innovative Diversity Presentations & Training’s mission is to present positive historical perspectives of diverse Americans leading to more productive workers, a better community, and a better America. The benefits to be derived from the presentations include the following:

Corporate Sensitivity, Diversity, and Inclusion Presentations (available as individual units or any combination of units):

. Positive contributions and historical perspectives of women in Corporate America.
. Positive contributions and historical perspectives of African Americans.
. Positive contributions and historical perspectives of Hispanic Americans.
. Training on respect; facing racial stereotypes; cultural differences; gender issues; disability issues; generational issues; and resolving conflict. We give special attention to women’s diversity issues.

How? The dynamic presentations are designed to run for 1 hour, 3 hours, or adaptive to your company’s goals. The presentations will allow for a question and answer period. We have a diverse staff made up of successful professionals with various college and advance degrees and combined experiences of over 100 years.
